Starting September 11, 2017 at 9am Pilates Zone will start our new Roller class. The roller is a great way to get fit after pregnancy and tone up your core. It provides an great way work on your post baby tummy as it is gentle and therefore an excellent postpartum exercise. Reserve a spot in our new class.

Here is a nice exercise for tight pecs, and a great chest opener.

Start arms with overhead palms face up.

Bend elbows toward your waist.

Cross the arms over your chest like you are taking off your shirt. Then reverse the circle.
